I didn’t always think so highly of weddings. I was happily in love with my partner, Jenn, and I knew I would always be faithful to her. Marriage didn’t seem so important. We didn’t need a wedding to prove that we were made for each other.

I’ve always had a passion for the creativity and connection that comes from film, though my journey didn’t start with weddings.

But after filming my first wedding, it all clicked. I not only saw the emotions of the bride and groom, I felt their emotions through the lens. I realized that your wedding day is one of the few days in your life where you experience pure bliss. I finally understood the importance of celebrating the love and commitment shared by two individuals. Immediately I knew I’d changed my mind about marriage. Jenn was the love of my life – I knew I wanted to marry her.

We filmed our first wedding as Lovework Weddings on January 1, 2017. While our friends and family were celebrating the new year, we were embracing a creative journey that would change our lives. We currently split our time between New England and Florida capturing memories. We look forward to documenting your special day!
